easy n' healthy breakfast
monday
omlette with bread and yogurt
recipe:
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 slice of bread
3. 3 spoon of yogurt (maybe add some honey or fruits)
Tuesday
fruit salad
recipe:
1. 4 strawberries
2. 6 bluberries
3. 4 rasberries
4. 4 blackberries
5. 4 spoon of yogurt
tips; maybe add some honey or whipcream
Wednesday
strawberry banana smoothie
recipe:
1. 7 strawberries
2. 2 bananas
3.4 spoon of yogurt
4. honey (maybe syrup is too fat and not pure natural)
tips:
add 10 cube of ice
Thursday
cesar salad
recipe:
1. lettuce (do not use knife cut)
2. cesar dressing
3. pamesan cheese or romano cheese
4. biscuits
tips:
u an add some pepper and bit of olive oil
Friday:
smoke salmon sandwiches
recipe:
1. 3 slices of smoke salmon
2. cream cheese
3. 2 slices of bread
4. lettuce
5. tomatoes
6. olive
7. shallot
tips:
grilled the bread first
